These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI ID Photo Maker at idphotomaker.org (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Credits and Payments

  • Each AI ID photo generation consumes 2 credits as displayed on pricing pages.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
  • Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store complete payment details.
  • New users receive 4 free credits (2 ID photos) upon registration.

3. Content and License

  • You retain full ownership and commercial rights to ID photos generated for you.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded photos and preferences for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • Generated ID photos can be used for passports, visas, driver licenses, resumes, and other official documents without attribution.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws and specific document requirements of issuing authorities.
  • Uploaded photos are processed and immediately deleted after generation; we do not retain your original photos.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
  • No NSFW, adult, sexual, nude, pornographic, or otherwise sexually explicit content in uploaded photos, prompts, source materials, or generated outputs.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
  • No scraping or rate-limiting evasion.
  • No generation of photos for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
  • You must have the right to upload and process any photos you submit.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, and materials provided by AI ID Photo Maker are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific outcomes. Generated ID photos are AI-created and may require verification against specific document requirements before submission to authorities. We are not responsible for rejection by issuing authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI ID Photo Maker and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
